Chotila is a temple of the chamunda Mata, it’s a Hindu temple town and taluka headquarters of Chotila taluka, Surendranagar district, Gujrat India. It was located near Rajkot, Gujrat, India. Chotila was known as Chotgadh in ancient times. It was a holding of the “Sodha Parmar,” but it was conquered from “Jagsio Parmar” by the Khachar Kathis who made it one of their principal seats. Most of the Khachar Kathis trace their origin to the Chotila house. The temple of Chamunda Mata is surmounted at the Chamund or Chotila hill, and it is 1173 feet in height. The temple is daily open for devotees from 5:00 am to 07:30 pm.

At Chotila temple, Weather at the top is fantastic, it is a place that you can see the sun rise and sun set both at the same place. It makes your day beautiful, after visiting this place you feel that such kind of energy in your body and feel some positive environment around you.
